Briar Court property committee minute, 12 June 1911

Extract from the Borough Property Committee minute book, copied by the clerk's office for the parcel 17 order folder.

Present: Aldermen Vale, Royston, and Ede; Mr. S. Crowther, solicitor to the committee; A. Keel, deputy clerk.

Parcel: 17 Briar Court, east ward, registered occupier Mabel Tresham.

Resolution:

The committee will hear the transfer application on Tuesday, 27 June, at noon. Any objection must be lodged in writing by Monday, 19 June, and must cite parcel 17 and the Briar Court assessment number.

Notice ordered:

A clerk's packet is to be prepared for Mabel Tresham at the Briar Court address and for the east ward street board. The packet must contain the hearing date, objection deadline, parcel number, and committee room address.

Clerk's stamp:

A.K. to engross notice and send one copy to ward bailiff for certificate of service. Return service papers to Mr. Crowther's office before docketing the order.
