East ward posting-book leaf, notices entered 18-20 June 1911

Loose leaf from the east ward posting book, later tied into the property office bundle with cotton tape.

Entries on the page:

18 June, packet 42: Drainage assessment, Mill Lane pump house, posted by L. Bray, witnessed by N. Orme.

18 June, packet 43: Market stall renewal, lower arcade, posted by L. Bray.

19 June, packet 46: Dog licence warning, east board upper rail, posted by L. Bray.

19 June, packet 47: Road-metal tender list, east board lower rail, posted by L. Bray.

An inserted entry sits between packet 43 and packet 46 in a narrower hand:

19 June, packet 44: Briar Court parcel 17 notice, M. Tresham, east board and address copy. Prepared in clerk's room. Initials A.K.

The packet 44 line uses paler ink than the surrounding ward entries. Its left margin number is crowded against the binding holes, and the witness column is left blank.

Reverse note:

Return property notices to S. Crowther with service certificate, not to the ordinary ward file.
