Wax cylinder sleeve, amber No. 14

Paper sleeve from the Merrow Salon music cabinet, browned at the mouth and split along the lower fold.

Handwritten title:

Mazurka in A, bars 1-48. Room tone after chair reset.

Small pencil note under the title:

Return to cabinet B after needle check. If the sleeve and cylinder are separated, file sleeve with recital practice papers, not with public programme stock.

The sleeve title is written in violet-black ink. The cabinet number and date are in the same ink as the seating cards for the February salon evening.
