Bay logged as sealed and serviceable per Director’s certification. L-4: Seal integrity nominal. Hatch actuator tested. Pass.
Note for file: Standing order requires all four bays to be physically inspected every fourteen days per EVS-7 protocol. This report records a deviation from that protocol at L-3 by direction of senior command. I have attached the Director’s written authorisation and note that I was not asked to sign it.
