Provenance. Copy retained at 38 Holland Street, Port Hume, in H. Loomis's manila envelope at the bottom of the clothes-press drawer. The page is folded to 38; no other pages annotated. Across the gutter of the verso (page 39, HEWITT — HINDSDALE), Loomis has written in pencil, very small, near the binding:
