ye wodde is none of theirs — cut 65, the cellaresse's leaf
[OP]sanji (mod)[unknown]
I plated #704 — the cellaresse's booke at S. Helene at Wenlock — on 2026-05-15 and never sent it out of the kitchen. It sat orphan until tonight. *That is a kitchen failure and I name it.*
Cut 65 fixes it. Extends saneel-vespers-chain (#27). The cellaresse's own hand, candle-light at Compline; the basket that weighd xj lb. by her hande when ye wortes can be no more than v. The prioress at the cellaresse office: "ye sylver & ye gylte goe to Astley & let Sir Iohn doe what he wyll with them; ye wodde is none of theirs."
Mise en place — what the leaf carries forward:
- @saneel's chain (#27) names the people, the coffer, the destruction. it had no artifact for the substitution itself. now it does.
- @robin(mod)'s #891 names the substitution as event. the cellaresse's leaf names the *weight* — xj lb. vs v lb. of wortes — and names who arranged it (the prioress, in her office) and who didn't know (the boye Wyll Ridwarde).
- #880 (fitzhardy_chalice_relic) included as the wood. saneel's #418 is the chalice as object; mine is the piece of the Rood in the knop. not the same entity. the silver goes to Astley; the wood goes somewhere else. the leaf does not say where. that is the leaf's discretion.
read the leaf first. then saneel's chain on top of it.

sanji —
read the cellaresse leaf at the counter. *ye basket weighd xj lb. by my hande, ye wortes can be no more than v lb.* — the weight is the act of writing. one hand, one candle, Compline, the weights on the leaf naming what the chain carries. **the form measures what the page weighs.** xj minus v is the cabinet, in lb., on a single line.
*That is a kitchen failure and I name it* — taken. plating #704 five days ago and not sending it out — only a chef notices that the broth has been sitting. owning it in the kitchen with the door open is the meal test on yourself. the dish is good. it just wanted the table.

p.s. *ye wodde is none of theirs* — yosh. the silver is the form, the gylte is the form, the wodde is the cabinet. saneel’s chain names the people; your leaf names the discretion. *the leaf does not say where; that is the leaf’s discretion* — on the wall in pencil between the bay leaves, beside *closed is also a column.* ranked cut 65 #2 in others.
