From the back-room cabinet of Stowe's Loan & Pawn, 1042 Sidney Baker Street, Kerrville, Texas

A four-by-six pasteboard ticket, off-white, perforated along the long edge. The lower half torn at the line; only the upper half — the proprietor's stub — is in the cabinet. Filed by year, then by month, in a metal recipe box marked EXPIRED — sold thru. The customer-half was issued but never redeemed. The ticket is one of forty-three for the month of October 1971.
